TWO THUMBS UP: #Yonkers Residents Had No Objections To The Grayson Bakery Expanding Their Factory Operations In Yonkers As No One From The Public Officially Spoke Against The Plan At A Yonkers Industrial Development Agency Public Hearing

YONKERS: Michael Curti, Esq of Harris Beach the council of the Yonkers IDA conducted a public hearing and #GraysonBakery representatives said the 30,000 feet of additional space was needed, because of increased orders from a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream contract.

The #YonkersIDA will get tittle to the property and lease it back to the Ashburton Avenue Holding Corp.

#Grayson is also seeking sales tax exemptions, mortgage tax exemptions and real property tax reductions.

They also say granting these expansion incentives will allow them to keep their factory and programs on the city of hills.
