On April 1, Harris entered the station armed with a handgun and demanded money from the employees.

He knocked one worker to the ground and held the gun on the cashier as he stole money. On his way out, he fired the gun as a warning shot; no one was injured.

On June 28, He entered the station wearing gloves and a mask armed with a handgun and stole money from the cashier.

On August 2, Harris entered the store wearing gloves and a mask and mimicked the presence of a gun. He stole money again from the cashier.

In his car, police found gloves and a mask used that night and the August 2 robbery.

On August 23, Yonkers police were conducting surveillance at the store in response to the three previous robberies.

That one, police officers saw Harris attempt another robbery, again wearing gloves and a mask. He was stopped as he started to drive away.
