As Apple has reopened several stores across the country amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the tech company announced several locations in New York, including Yonkers, will reopen this week.
Yonkers will be open by “appointment only,” meaning customers would need to schedule a time to receive services.
Several other locations will reopen for curbside service and sales.
“This week we’ll return to serving customers in many more US locations including by appointment in Yonkers, where we’re proud to stand beside New Yorkers as they emerge from this incredibly difficult time. All stores continue to practice additional steps for the health of employees and customers, including temperature checks, face coverings and social distancing,” an Apple spokesperson said in a statement.
