Jesus Villanueva died on March 8 after being hit by a car in Yonkers. The father of a young girl was hit steps away from his home on Radford Street.

About a month later that police found the driver and took him into custody.

Yonkers police found John Martinez in Connecticut in April by using surveillance video to identify his gray Honda Civic.  

The case is now going to Westchester County Court.

The Villanuevas say Martinez shows no remorse
