DUI on View Drugs, Dec. 8, 2019 at 9 a.m. at 254 I-180 East, Loyalsock Township. Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Stephanie Pagan, 39, of Yonkers, N.Y.

Through investigation, police observed signs of impairment. After a review of blood test results, police determined Pagan was driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
