Yonkers Housing Authority President Holds Zoom Event On Police Brutality And Racial Discrimination – By Brian Harrod

The Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers held a public Zoom meeting called “George Floyd: Channeling Change.”

YONKERS: The program featured former New York State Governor David Paterson; NYS Senator and Majority Leader Andrea Stewart Cousins; Westchester County Deputy County Executive Ken Jenkins and The Rev. Julius Walls and they shared their experiences of discrimination.

The program was moderated by Wilson Kimball, President and CEO of the Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers (MHACY).

MHACY is the largest provider of affordable housing in the City of Yonkers and the second largest public housing authority in New York State.
