#Yonkers Assemblyman Nader Sayegh Announced The Following:

“New York State’s COVID Rent Relief Program is accepting new applications from now till February 1st, and will also review past applications that were not funded.

Additionally, New York State’s Homes and Community Renewal has expanded who is eligible for this one-time rent relief payment.

If you lost income during the COVID pandemic and meet income and rent cost benchmarks and qualify for the program, the COVID Rent Relief payment goes directly to your landlord.”
