YONKERS: News Sources say an elderly man was fatally struck by an off duty YPD sergeant somewhere on Kimball Avenue while crossing the street some time between 12 noon and 1 pm on Monday February 9th.

The Yonkers Police Department sergeant remained at scene, but investigators filed no charges at this time
