Officials say the crash occurred at the intersection of Nepperhan and Odell avenues. They say the driver ran into a pole, which caused heavy damage and a power outage in the area. Con Edison says its working to restore power to dozens of affected customers. Police did not reveal the extent of the driver’s injuries.
